Nicky McDougal (Owner)

Nicky is originally from Devon. She is married to Colin and has two daughters aged seven and four.

Nicky holds a B.Ed Primary Honours degree and is a Qualified Teacher. Nicky is also an Ofsted Registered Childminder. She started Little Wombles in 2011. Nicky has many years of experience teaching and caring for children aged 0-7 years.

Paula Kuti (Manager)

Manager of Little Wombles Westover

Paula Kuti is Level 3 qualified in Childcare and Education. She is very experienced having worked in childcare for over 11 years. Paula has also worked with children with varying special needs and disabilities and is our named SENCO (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities coordinator). Paula is also the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
